Take-and-bake pizza franchise eyes Rio Rancho and Los Lunas for stores for mid-2017.
Papa Murphy's has zeroed in on the Albuquerque market for expansion, with room to add six locations in the area.
According to Albuquerque Business First, Rio Rancho and Los Lunas are two areas of the market that the brand is targeting in particular, with hopes to have stores open by mid-2017.
"We're excited about growing there," Papa Murphy's Vice President of Franchise Sales, Gary Payne told Albuquerque Business First. "According to our growth models, there's some good potential to infill. We still think there's an opportunity to appeal to a different segment."
In the near future, Albuquerque locals will be able to custom order pizzas with fresh ingredients and dough, then take, bake, and serve them in the comfort of their own homes.
